Mr. Green is by far the best around and an all around great guy. However his office staff billed the wrong insurance, leaving me with a $140 bill. When questioned, staff told me to pay it and take it up with my insurance directly. Due to the billing process the claim was not able to be resubmitted under the correct insurance and when the office was contacted, Lauren rudely informed me that there was nothing they could do and stated "What? So because we made a mistake you expect us to just not get paid for your visit and give you back the $140 you paid?" and later claimed "It isn't our problem".
